What barcode hardware do you support? +
Anything that emits keystrokes (USB or Bluetooth) works out of the box. For battery-life and ruggedised use we recommend Zebra TC-series; for static stations any USB scanner is fine. We test specific models in the first sprint.
How do we handle returns and RMAs? +
RMA workflow with reason codes, restocking fees, credit memos, and the inventory reinstated cleanly. Configured per business rule.
Can Odoo handle drop-ship and back-orders cleanly? +
Yes. Drop-ship route on the product or supplier triggers a purchase order to the supplier when the sales order ships. Back-orders are a route that splits the original order automatically.
What about inventory accuracy in poor-network warehouses? +
Mobile barcode app supports offline mode for picks and counts, syncs when connection returns. We have shipped this for sites with intermittent connectivity.
