Rescue
When the last partner left it broken.
We assess what was shipped, stabilise it so the business runs, document what is actually there, and propose a roadmap. You decide whether we keep going, you take it in-house, or another partner picks it up. Discretion is part of the engagement.
Right for you if
- Your Odoo is live but everyone is afraid of it.
- Your previous partner went silent, billed for changes that never landed, or never finished what was scoped.
- You suspect the customisation sprawl is now blocking your next upgrade.
Not right for you if
- You want a clean slate. If the existing instance is beyond saving we will say so, and migration plus implementation is the right path.
Methodology
How a Rescue engagement actually runs.
5 phases. Every artefact written down, every decision logged, every handover documented.
-
01
Triage
A 5-day paid assessment of the live instance, the codebase, the database, and the people. Output is a written incident report we walk you through.
-
02
Stabilise
Fix the bleeding: data integrity, broken jobs, hung approvals, anything that is costing you money daily.
-
03
Document
Write down what is actually in the system. Modules, customisations, integrations, hosting. The artefact your previous partner did not leave.
-
04
Roadmap
A clear-eyed plan: what to keep, what to refactor, what to throw away, in what order, with cost ranges.
-
05
Hand-back option
You choose: we continue as your partner, your team takes it in-house, or we hand it cleanly to another firm. No lock-in either way.

Frequently asked
Questions about Rescue.
Do you ever say the system is unsalvageable? +
Occasionally. About one rescue in ten ends with us recommending you start fresh, because the cost to refactor exceeds the cost to reimplement. We tell you that in writing, with the numbers, and you decide.
Will you contact the previous partner? +
Only if you ask us to. Most rescues happen without any contact between firms; we work from your access and your records. Discretion is part of the brief.
Can you take over the support contract? +
Yes, but only after you sign off the stabilisation phase. Inheriting a partner contract before stabilisation creates the same problem you came to us with. See our Support service.
