Questions about Consultation.

Is consultation a sales pitch in disguise? +

No. We bill the engagement as paid work and we have produced consultations whose conclusion was that Odoo was not the right fit. We would rather say so up-front than build something you regret.

Can the consultation cost roll into the implementation? +

Yes. If you choose to engage us for implementation within 90 days of the consultation, the consultation fee is credited against the implementation invoice. If you choose another partner, the deliverables are still yours to use.

Do you compare Odoo against other ERPs in the consultation? +

Yes, when the brief calls for it. We are an independent Odoo Partner, so our perspective leans Odoo, but we work hard to give you an honest read against SAP B1, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Zoho One, and the local incumbent in your market.
