Should I pick Odoo.sh, Odoo Online, or self-hosted? +

Odoo Online for simple deployments with no custom modules. Odoo.sh when you need custom modules and predictable upgrades. Self-hosted when you have data residency, sovereignty, or cost-at-scale reasons that override the convenience of a managed platform. We will recommend based on your specifics in a 30-minute call.

Where is the data? +

Wherever you choose. Odoo Online runs in regional clouds you select; Odoo.sh similarly. Self-hosted is wherever your VPS is. We help you pick based on your customers and your regulators.

How do you handle backups? +

Daily encrypted snapshots to off-site storage in a different region from production. Restores are tested quarterly into a sandbox; we email the report. Retention 30 days standard, longer on request.

What about disaster recovery? +

A documented DR runbook covering provider outage, region outage, ransomware, and data corruption scenarios. RPO 24 hours by default, lower on Heritage and Signature support tiers.
