Questions about Training.
Can you train remote teams? +
Yes. Most of our training is remote, recorded with permission, and complemented by a written runbook. On-site is available across Australia and on request internationally.
Do you train administrators or developers as well as end-users? +
Yes. Our administrator programme covers user management, security groups, automation rules, server actions, scheduled jobs, and the basics of Odoo Studio. The developer programme covers ORM, controllers, reports, and module structure for teams who want to take customisation in-house.
How do you handle staff turnover? +
Recorded sessions plus written runbooks mean a new starter can self-onboard. We can refresh the recordings annually as part of a support contract.
