Questions about Real estate.

Does Odoo handle trust accounting? +

For regulated trust accounting (real estate trust, lawyer trust, similar regimes), Odoo handles it with care. We configure the chart of accounts, daily-reconciliation process, and trust-statement reporting to your jurisdiction. A dedicated trust system is sometimes still better; we will tell you which on a discovery call.

Can we replace PropertyTree or Console with Odoo? +

Yes for portfolios under 1,000 properties with reasonable workflow complexity. Above that scale the dedicated PMS earns its licence cost; integration is the better path.

How does the tenant portal work? +

Tenant logs in, sees their lease, statements, balance, maintenance requests, and payment history. Portal-raised maintenance request becomes an Odoo work order automatically. Self-service that does not undermine your property manager.

What about inspections and condition reports? +

Configured as Odoo Project tasks with photo attachments and signature capture. Inspection routines scheduled per lease, condition reports generated as PDFs filed against the lease record.
